Poly-urethane layer acting as Waterproof/bacteria barrier provides:

–      Controlled moisture vapor transmission

–      Protection against viral/bacterial penetration

0.4 mm soft foam pad acts as extra cushioning and absorbs fluid.

Skin friendly Silicone adhesive border adheres to skin, outside of wound bed.

AQUACEL® Ag interface with Hydrofiber® Technology gels on contact with the wound surface to:

• Lock in wound exudate, including harmful components
• Help maintain a moist wound healing environment
• Help prevent lateral spread of fluid, reducing risk of maceration
• Micro-contour to the wound bed, minimizing dead space where bacteria can grow
